Anna will brief the testers, on how to behave. This is done by video, you can not edit.
After the general briefing, it’s time to tell the user, what the user test will be about.
At this point, the tester will speak for the first time. To keep the hurdle low, Anna asks the testers to read the briefing text. This way the tester doesn’t have to think much and gets into a state of talking.
Tell the testers, in what role they are acting now. It’s usually a good way to start with the word «Imagine». Examples could be:
Imagine: You are an intern at a medium-sized business and are asked to look around for a solution to digitize physical mail.
Imagine: A friend told you that you now can download the insurance certificate for your tax declaration in the iOS app.
Imagine: You are a school teacher and are looking for a solution to better organize communications with parents.
